My Airtel prepaid phone no is ***********Today I recharged *** (transaction I’d **********)* I got this sms *Dear Airtel Customer, Rs***.** is no longer a valid recharge. Recharge with Rs*** and enjoy truly unlimited Local,STD & Roaming calls on any network, daily *GB data and *** SMS. Pack valid for ** days..Trans ID **********.*So I again recharge Rs.** then I got blow message via sms *Dear Airtel Customer, Rs**.** is no longer a valid recharge. Recharge with Rs** for Unlimited National calls, *** MB Data & *** SMS for ** days..Trans ID **********.*But now my account balance is zero and my internet data *.* Gb daily and unlimited call package is not renewed how can I get back my service or my money back,, many times I tried to contact your customer care *** and *** but no proper answer or not even attend call.**Thanks and regards*Salamma George
