I was trying to subscribed my airtel number for monthly subscription ... Good Day,*someone sent me a recharge card of N**** today for my monthly subscription at about *:**pm to my old airtel sim with the number:*********** and the correct sim to be recharged is: ***********.*I will appreciate if this sim with *********** is credited with the N****. *I want airtel to please credit the correct number as clearly stated below.*wrong phone number correct phone number************ ************Thank You
This is frustrating because i can't do my monthly subscription at the moment and i am shut out of the world because of data
They could make this right by crediting the right number indicated on the above statement
I have been a customer for over *years
I called *** not in use*I also called *** not helpful
