I planned a trip to Singapore from ** May to ** Jun **, for which I activated Aircel's international roaming package of ** days for * *****-. It provided for free incoming, free outgoing calls, *GB data and *** SMS. During my trip I stayed well within limits of free services mentioned above. However, I was shocked by a bill of * *****-. I want to seek clarification from some executive, but there is no means to contact anyone.
