Recently I ported my number (**********) from BSNL to AIRTEL.*It got activated today (**th March, ****).*Before raising a port request, I asked customer care to transfer main account balance as well during the porting. They told it is possible & it will be ported with main account balance, now I see like my main account balance is .**ps. I should have more than *** *- Rs. During the porting they asked me to pay *** *-, I paid the same. They told * month unlimited call & *.* GB per day data. Now i'm not able to call or use data. Please help me on this.
