Hi,*I was informed by the airtel customer care executive that,taking *** plan will activate Amazon Prime for free for one year.The executive double confirmed saying this is one time activation and it ll be free for an year,even if i change my plan.*Now i recently changed my plan to *** and the amazon subscription has been cancelled.*I have been contacting the executive regarding this issue,but the executive is not responding to my call.*I m not satisfied with the service from airtel. Try to improve your customer care support.
