Sir, I had pospaid connection No .**********. i am a loayal custumur if airtel. on **th feb -**** i request the airtel people to port my postpaid to prepaid connection . they submit the request after i Cleared Due.of Rs.****-in cash. i received a call of confirmation. the next morning on **th Feb. **** i was tried to call my contacts but mistakenly call from my other no.which is not in use and that no.reply request to recharge immediately so i try to recharge My above said ********** no. dor the pack of Rs.****- by Mob. but that amount adjusted in my postpaid account. so kindly refund me the same extra amount which is wrongly adjusted in post paid account.
