I subscribed for *.*gb last month which is to expire today but I ran of data and decided to subscribe for another *.*gb on Wednesday ********* but was given about ***mb and I had a balance airtime of about **** which I hope to use for voice calls since I have auto renewal of my *.*gm today. But everything turned out as I checked my monthly renewal **** airtime this morning, it's been taken for *.*gb auto renewal and my initial balance of **** also disappeared yet I have only ****mb... please assist check my and restore the voice call airtime .
