I cancelled Airtel landline broadband service on March **, **** as I was relocating out of the city. They refused to, and continued to bill me through April. They billed me for a service for which I was not even physically in the city of the service. When I told them about it, they waived the charges and said you have to pay the prorated amount. Ok, so I paid Rs. *** through the Airtel App (credit card bill as proof). Now, today, June *, ****, I have started getting calls from collection agency to pay the balance of ***. This is causing me mental trauma. Unfortunately, even if you see on the App, I have no dues. So how do I even pay the amount even I decide to?
