I have*had a client arriving tomorrow. I sent her all direction and entry details on **th September. I then left to go on a cruise. It appears she has not received the i formation and contact you. As you couldn't reach me as I am on board a ship you have cancelled the booking. I have resent all the information and also tried to call her. I am very upset yiu have cancelled the booking as the client has all the info and yiu have returned her money.
