The issue in GetHuman-raenewom's own words
* months ago an AirbNB guest booked a room in my place for one month. She was so happy at my place that she stayed an additional * months.* During that time she was asked continuously to wash the dishes and pick up after herself in the shared areas. * weeks ago Another guest Raised his voice because he was so fed up with her messes all over the house . She took offence and lashed back at me.* She called AIRBNB to complain that I was Unfit to host and accused me of being a *** worker. AIRBNB emailed me But did not inform me of what I was accused of nor by whom.* I have no way to defend myself in this matter and it appears that air B and B is taking the word of an unstable, unhappy and apparently vindictive person over a host That has been good hearted,kind and accountable for many years. *I really need to speak to someone who can assist me In getting reestablished . How can I contact a supervisor or the review board? I am no longer able to log in .
