Hi - my name is Alivia and I have an upcoming reservation in Maui (Confirmation code: HM*Y*F*ABD). I got a rapid test today, and unfortunately I tested positive :( **Our host said to please contact Airbnb to discuss cancellation and refund due to COVID...and I wanted to know how to best proceed with this process. Anything will be better than nothing... even if it's getting credit, changing the dates, getting half a refund - I just don't want to loose all of the money :(
