I had a guest who was extremely dirty, left dog-related filth and damages, and recklessly use the grill (destroying it and almost burning down the City trash bin. Very negative experience! *I opened a claim. The guest did not respond. I escalated the issue. *One Airbnb ambassador, Maria, took the case. A charge of $*** for extra-cleaning fees. I provided ** photos and a check. These documents were enough in the past. Now, Maria, is asking for an invoice. I asked her for a couple of days to get this invoice. She closed the CASE. Like that! I am beyond frustrated. Her good-bye not concluded saying that If I get the INVOICE I can contact this and this other link to send the Invoice. But nothing is working. I can not get a hold of anyone. I have the Invoice and photo to proof the damages. Please help me get this claim solved. Ana Franco
