Hi I have spoken with the host to where I had booked about my booking for feb **** the host has said it’s best to cancel now for a full refund which I have done but the website said I would only get £*** refunded instead of the full amount of £***.** how do I get the rest of deposit back as the host has said I can have a full refund *The confirmation code for the booking was HMKCQ**BQ* and I have screenshots of our conversation saying about a full refund as it’s due to announcement Boris made last night.
