My computer was hacked by someone in Mexico. They booked * vacations using my Airbnb info. It was completely impossible to talk to a human to cancel these vacations. Mark was the person I finally found to chat with, only about * minutes into the chat conversation I was disconnected from Mark. Money for * of the vacations was taken out of my bank account. I decided to deactivate my Airbnb account. If I cannot speak to a live person to solve a problem like this I will not do business with a company. I never will do business with your company again.
