I am in TX and had to evacuate due to the hurricane. I booked an Airbnb as follows:**Tue, Aug **, **** - Fri, Aug **, *****Entire home*apt * beds * * guests**Confirmation code: HM*F**HCTT**After I made my reservation, the host contacted me to tell me that the listing was not accurate and it wasn't actually a house*apt, but instead it was an event venue. Obviously I cannot reside there and opted to cancel due to the listing being wrong and me needing somewhere to temporarily call home for the time being. I was NOT refunded my entire amount. This is not a normal cancellation situation. This situation is an error on the listing*hosts end and I should be refunded my entire amount immediately.

GetHuman5202193 did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
