A guest stayed in our rental property. She wrote a great review. She did not understand that * star is bad and * stars are good. She thought it was the opposite. *-She wants to change it.*-We want her to change it. *-It makes sense to change it.*None of those three things matter to Airbnb. It took three weeks to even get an email reply, Their solution is to have the guest take the review completely off! So we lose a * star review due to their inflexibility.
