Hello,**I made an airbnb reservation (confirmation code HMBTNYAYA*) in late February for a March skiing trip in NY, but unfortunately had to cancel out of concern of the COVID-** outbreak. I messaged the hosts on March **th before cancelling and expressed my concerns that my friends and I don't feel safe to travel such a distance for our spring break trip (we canceled all our other bookings too) and asked for a refund. They took two days to get back to me, but kindly said that they understand and that they would give me a full refund for this trip. They said that if I open a case in the resolution center that they will approve. That never happened. I messaged them a few days ago again and still no response. Since I couldn't find anymore information in the resolution center, I am sending this message in hope to get airbnb involved and maybe would be able to contact the hosts on my behalf. Thank you.
