Here is the email that I sent to the CEO of AirBnB. **Good morning,**I’m reaching out to you because no one at AirBnB will respond to messages or answer the phone. I have now sat on hold with AirBnB on * different occasions for over an hour each time just be disconnected or hung up on. **My family and I are military and just moved from Virginia to Texas. We set up an AirBnB in Texas while wait to move into our house. The house that we stayed in was filthy and I wasn’t going to have my family stay there. The toilets had urine stains in them, the floors were filthy, the bed sheets had hair in them and looked as if they weren’t clean, the house had a weird odor, and it just had an overall dirty feel. **I thought the policy was that houses were supposed to be “extra” clean due to COVID concerns. I reached out to AirBnB to let them know the situation. I then reached out to the host and he agreed to let me cancel the rental with no penalties and a full refund I then attempted multiple times to get in contact with AirBnB with no luck. I cancelled the reservation online (as instructed by host) and I received a refund of $***.** when my total was $****.****I understand that you have a refund policy for a reason, however, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to try and talk to someone to explain my situation and try and get some help. **I just lost out on over $**** for trying to keep my family safe. **Please contact me back with some kind of help. **Bryon Baranski
