Tahjay was very, very patient. We talked many times in one day for at least * hours figuring out why I cannot edit my listing. Even with the screen shot I sent she was perplexed. She said she sent it to the appropriate department and that was at least ** days ago. Well, where's my solution? This is the first time I have had a problem on any of our rental sites with various companies. I am very disappointed in airBnB with their customer support. Please don't force me to post bad reviews of my experience hosting with your company. As you can see, we are super hosts so please be super diligent attending to my problem.
