I recently paid for a reservcation with paypal. Now I put it my credit card details for it to come out of and shouldnt be an issue as it was not at limit. Paypal have then taken it from the wrong account as my card was high risk according to them, so not because it was declined. Despite using this card before through paypal safely. My issue is paypal are not willing to recitfy this and I need to correct the payment method of the reservation. Is there any way to refund the paypal account and I can pay for the reservation with the correct card?
