I have an air bnb in Tulsa which was booked on morning of ** May. Me and a guest arrived that night at * p.m. The sight says there is a pool but there is not one. The weeds in the back are *ft high. The upstairs toilet and shower slow and not working properly.*I have come to Tulsa for a medical handling and this is not what expected meighborhood wise. The house is cute and clean so no complaints there.*I asked air bnb last night to be able to transfer to another location in Tulsa that is better suited and closer to the doctor. I also called the host and he said there is no way to transfer the funds for another place. He told me he would come by and fix the plumbing and offered to rebate *** if I would give this property a * star rating.*Can someone call me pls. I am not trying to get money back but would like to transfer the funds paid to another location in Tulsa.*Thank you. I look forward to hear from you.*Amelia
