Hello. I recently stayed at a site and received a very negative (and, I believe, unfair) review stating that the owner was disappointed in that certain items needed extra cleaning. I left a response to the review. I also left a positive review for the owner* but, given the negativity of the owner's review, I would like to unpublish my review. I am especially disappointed because this was my first experience with airbnb and the first review I received was negative. Obviously this will impact my ability to rent through airbnb in the future. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
