Help with my AirBnB issue

Charlotte (Studio *- One Helena Toad Serviced Apartments) and I were speaking about the kitchen within her apartment as my friend and I are hoping to make a Christmas dinner. She very politely informed me that her apartment would more than likely not be what we are looking for as it doesn’t really have the facilities to make that kind of a meal. She then proceeded to tell me that as I had only booked today and it is more than a month before our due date she would be happy to me cancel and get a refund on the payment. I am canceling the booking but hoping to be able to get more than just the cleaning fee back as I will be finding a new place through your app. She has told me she will be happy to support my claim as my booking was in error, I believed there would be more facilities than there actually are.*Felicity.
