I have already logged the issue. I hope I am not in a loop. I have been charged twice for a service fee on two venues booked with identical dates. This was caused when Air BnB, without my permission or knowledge, processed a credit card that I used ** months previously. As I was unaware I had paid and booked this venue when I checked the venue again I received a notice to say that this venue was booked during these dates. I was surprised and confused but immediately began looking for a second venue. Within ** minutes I booked and paid for a *nd venue. When I checked my emails next day I noticed I received an acceptance from both venues plus an Air BnB notice informing me I had booked * venues with identical dates and would I like to cancel one. I cancelled the second venue and received back all I have paid less $*** Air BnB service. **I WANT THIS SECOND SERVICE FEE OF $*** REFUNDED.
