If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I am trying to login in to my account and am told my device is not recognised. I am currently using a Spanish Sim and all verification Code's are going to my profile phone no. Somehow I managed to add the new number but your services say it can't be used if added in the last ** days. The other problem I have is taking a photo of myself for ID purposes. I have been travelling for * weeks now and used Airbnb many times without a problem. Please use my email address for contact so I can sort this out.

I found where to give Airbnb permission to use my camera. (This was through my own phone security and accessibility options). I then reset my password on Airbnb. This gave me access to Airbnb again. I update my phone detail here to show the new SIM phone number and then deleted my own usual phone number. I then revisited the ID authorisation process and was then able to take a photo during the ID process. All resolved.
