Hello, I stay in lisbon, recent been looking to rent a room or apartment in lisbon. So, I use nestpick,uniplaces and idealista most of the time since airbnb seems provide lot other service I never checked directly through airbnb, I get your posts checked through nestpick that directs to airbnb. Now recently, I viewed many of those apartments and few requested to mention mail Id if I'm interested to rent but last night I got response for * flat, seems it is from same person whom I requested to give details on renting procedure. She sent this following statements...*((((((Airbnb provides an online platform that connects hosts who have accommodations for rent with guests seeking to rent such accommodations.*In order to book the apartment, you will have to make the payment to Airbnb bank account through bank. Airbnb will hold your payment until you have received the keys and the contract and you have seen the apartment. After seeing the apartment, you will have to make your decision, if you wish to take it or not. I will receive the money only after you have seen the apartment and decided to take it.*If the apartment is not as I have presented it, you have the right to refuse it. Airbnb will return your money to your bank account in the next ** hours from your decision.*After the first month, the next payments of rent will be done directly to my personal bank account.*This is the Airbnb policy. Please let me know if you accept Airbnb and provide me with the following details for your referencing application so that I can register the transaction with Airbnb and move forward:**Your phone number*Full name and address*Scan or photo of ID))))))**I dont know if it's TRUE or not.. please assist me, as the service is from airbnb I had to ask you if this is genuine and how does your rentals procedure goes? I wish you respond sooner as possible
