Hello my name is claudia, I made a cancelation on *th of October ****, because the room was not ready to stay there, and was hairs on the pillows and sheets. the owner suggest to do the vacuum on the bed, which obviously I did not accept, then he change the sheets, but I said I did not want to stay there anymore. I took severals photos, I left the place with my husband at that moment. The owner of the place said that he will give us the money back and also asked not to put a bad review of this horrible and uncomfortable situation. and he said several times that he will give me the total refund of *** dollars. I need to escalate this because the owner is taking the money and does not want to give it back, also I cannot even give a review on his place online. Today I checked my husbands credit card balance and effectively, the owner of that place took our money. I called Robyn today I she just changed al the situation saying that said that was only one hair on the pillow and hang out the phone, which is quite disrespectful, I tried to call back and she did not respond the phone call. I am happy to show all of the photos and evidence of this case, I believe Airbnb is a serious company which protect users from all of this inconvenience happened. **This is really disappointing, and I request all full refund *** dollars.
