Airbnb closed my account a month prior to my stay and cancelled my reservation without any warning whatsoever. I called customer service and they explained that the account is closed due to missing information in my background, which it wasn’t explained in detail. My reservation was done with six months in advance and my family had already spend thousands of dollars on Airbnb in stays before this happen. Please look into this and explain the real issue as our whole vacation to Italy in June can be jeopardized due to Airbnb.
