The issue in GetHuman-pnparker's own words
Need to shorten a stay. It is booked for ** days and we need to shorten it to ** days. The host website says cancellation policy is "moderate" which allows refunds. When I try to use Airbnb website to modify our reservation and shorten the stay by three days, it says we will owe them an additional *** dollars??!! We called the host, and she says, it should not be a problem to shorten the stay and get a full refund. Help
