I am a host and have clearly advertised Saturday to Saturday only in August. Unfortunately a guest has booked * nights by instant book from ** th to ** th August. If I cancel it I will be penalised - what canI do? I have another guest wanting the whole week as advertised. The guest that has booked * nights is happy for me to cancel but how do avoid the penalty. Also how do I avoid this happening again!
