The issue in GetHuman-jjbrine's own words
Host canceled our reservation (*) days before we were to check in. Said that her HOA did not allow short term rentals. I have been trying since December **** to get our money back. I HATE Airbnb. They are the worst, customer service *****! QUESTION: First of all how could a Host not know that the HOA did not accept short term rentals. Per the Host they have had this property for years. Second: Why did Airbnb not know this, does Airbnb just take on any rental from anyone? Not wise!
GetHuman-jjbrine did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
