I am forced to change my travel plans due to my clients unexpected scheduling conflict. They requested I travel the following week. When I attempted to change my reservation for the following week (there is open availability), the turneky host declined my request and gave no explanation as to why. I paid $*,**** for this reservation for * nights and if I attempt to cancel, I will only be refunded $*** dollars... I fear that the TurnKey host is insensitive to my situation and is refusing to allow this change in an act of pure indecency.**I would like to change my reservation to the following week to the * nights that are available. **Reservation: HMZD*NXK*N
