Hello, I booked a stay with abnb for the first time on Saturday ***** for * nights in Florence. the refund policy said it was ***% in full up to * days prior. I decided I wanted to stay * nights but **** was not available so I went and found a different flat that was available for the * nights **** - **** and see that I will be charged $*** in service fees for this change. This does not seem right. Why should I have to pay $*** because i rebooked at a different property? Also I could not call customer service because they wanted a verified abnb phone number. I booked with my cell phone number so not sure why your system does not recognize my phone number. I am requesting the full refund please. Thank you for your consideration and assistance. Also FYI, My friend that I am traveling with is an abnb property owner, Susan cicala.
