This is our first time hosting on air bnb, I pressed Pre approve thinking that enabled me to start a conversation with the guest. But he booked. I wanted to explain that our nanny (childcare) will be in the house over new year when he wants to book. He no longer wants to book with us but says we need to cancel. We don’t want to get a bad air bnb name or incur charges as this was an innocent situation.
