On ******** I canceled my stayed at your Airbnb **-** **th Drive, Long Island City, NY ***** Dalords Cellar room **. The accommodation was unsatisfactory as we found the room to be substandard and not what one would consider to be habitable and thus we cut out trip short and returned to Albany that night.*It was an implied term of our contract that the accommodation provided would be of a standard of cleanliness and quality reasonably to be expected from this type and price of accommodation.*As such, I am requesting to receive a refund from you.
