The issue in GetHuman-sbadggie's own words
I have a situation at home that makes it impossible for me to stay the entire Oct *-**th. Three weeks ago I called Kirk and also text him to attempt to change my dates or cancel entirely. I have attempted to speak with him on four separate occasions but he has yet to contact me via phone or text and the changes that I did make to the reservation still says that the refund is based on what he says. I am concerned about driving out to San Diego for the limited dates that still remain since I have not received any verification that he is even aware that I had to shorten my stay. Three weeks without any response is completely inappropriate for someone who is providing a service to others. *I would like to receive my refund for the nights that I will not be staying and I would like confirmation that Kirk is actually aware as to the reservation that remains. *I'm very disappointed that he couldn't bother to respond to my test messages or my calls. *I want those charges refunded NOW versus if Kirk agrees to them. Three week notice is more than sufficient time to allow him to rebook that room for those nights. *Thanks Sharon Badgett
