The issue in GetHuman-kaledrak's own words
On Saturday September ** @ **:** am, I have reserved “Tidy apartment at super location near city centre, Amsterdam “ for the period between ** and ** October ****. Confirmation number HMSAC*D*NR. I made payment of $ ***.** by credit card. It was stated clearly that if the reservation is cancelled within ** hours I get full refund whereas if cancellation is done * days before the dates I am going to lose the service fee ( about $ ***). I found a more suitable listing for the same dates also on air bnb. When I tried to cancel the first reservation, I was surprised to see that the service fee will still be charged although we are still before ** hours from reservation. I feel confused if not deceived by this “** hour complete refund” statement. Kindly help in completing the cancellation with a true full refund including the service fee.*Thank you
