Hello, I was trying to rent this place: http:**www.airbnb.com-itinerary-room****.eu*home*listing***c*cf*?rent********?id*******googtrans(en*es) , so for payment the only option was an international transaction, the email ive been talking is *****@***.com , so I made my first international transaction on September ** to Horia Andrei ENACHE, Barclays Bank for the **** euros the host asks iban: GB**-PRTC-****-****-****-**, swift: PRTCGB** in ** regent street, London W*B *RA and the reference number was RKT** for the apartment, so then the name of the bank was wrong, I had to go to the bank to change the name to prepay technologies limited, then they told me to cancel it because the payment wasn't done in the time it had to be, but I couldn't because the money was already sent to the account, so then they told me I would get a refund and to make another international transaction and then they gave me this account: Rosmev Fibor, iban: IE**BOFI**************, bank of Ireland in Hannon industrial estate, Shannon, co. clare, swift: BOFIIE*D same reference number RKT**, I made again the transaction then again they told me to cancel it that it was wrong on the time, by that time I was angry and I said I didn't want to rent the place anymore, it was too much trouble, on september ** they said I would get my refund of **** euros in ** hours, and i still havent gotten my money back. i want my money back.
GetHuman-soussett did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
