Travel websites will sometimes have discounted fares that rival the best rates made available by the airline; it's worth checking before booking directly with the airline. Each company has its own set of Terms and Conditions, however, so be aware of your options for refund, flight changes, and cancellation penalties.

I checked into the home I rented. The AC was not working. I contacted the agency (Bongo) that supplied me with all the details when I rented. I was very specific. AC was set to ** when we arrived and the house was ** degrees. I checked the vents and the air being blown is hot. I got a response stating to adjust the thermostat to my desired temperature and wait * hours. They completely disregarded the fact that I stated the AC is blowing hot air. I have messaged numerous times and they will not respond. It is * hours later. The house is ** degrees very humid and utterly miserable. I asked for them to please send someone to check the system but I have yet to receive any response. I either want the AC fixed and be compensated or be released from this rental and given a full refund. This is the worst Airbnb experience I've had.
