Hello, *I made a booking in July for a * night stay in September. Some days after I had paid, I realized the apartment has no washing machine and I had to cancel. Since the booking was for * nights, the service fee was quite large (approx. ** Euros). Cancellation number HMBEPBQ*RF.*I am a good customer and have * paid bookings coming up soon. By being polite and pointing out how long I have been a good customer and how far in advance I canceled and that I booked three following apartments etc...they very kindly reimbursed my ** USD service fee this once time.
