I’m a host, he made a non refundable booking for * nights in advance. We blocked the dates, and made our travel plans to accommodate him. He found an attractive hotel deal for a suite next to our residence building. So he checked in trying to find everything possible including making false accusations about our home to get a refund. We sent photos of our apt conditions since he claims the apt is dirty. We offered him **% discount Because of a loose refrigerator door and a fallen mirror in one of the guest rooms and our in house maid will take up * small room. But we did offer to relocate our maid somewhere else, but he preferred **% refund. He stayed for two nights with * his boy kids screaming always till we received neighbors complaining. He took photos of our maid room full of maids clothes which doesn’t include in the rooms we rented him. Claim the apt is dirty. We have included all photos of our apt in our dialogue with Airbnb support. But not satisfied with the outcome. We hope to resolve this payment problem soon.
