Thank you I really appreciate the kind words however we are looking for a refund for the whole stay and will not be returning. For a very expensive stay we expected a lot more. **Here is a list of items during our stay that were inexcusable:**Fly’s all over the house *No water over ** hours*Not able to flush the toilets*The pool is lovely the maintenance man told us not to swim in it*He was here at *pm after we were here mowing with another person sitting in the car *Dishwasher does not work was not informed prior -sign in kitchen stating it was broken *Broken furniture*My friend had to use her breast pump and had to use dirty equipment because of no water resulting in wasted milk which is also no. Replaceable and very disappointing - this is the most disappointing thing during our stay *Many of us were unable to take showers, use the toilets because they were full because people had to use them, wash our hands or do any type of normal sanitizing. *We cannot take the trash because it is full and overflowing *No water was offered for bottles for drinking we had to buy water to use *The fireplace is broken *A men’s dirty worn shirt was in the family room *A bag of trash was left in front coat closet *There is no shoes rule in the house however the floors are very dirty cause our feet to be very dirty**Please let me know when to anticipate the refund. **Thank you,*Colleen
