Hi there, I recently booked a trip on behalf of people. I contacted the host before she accepted to say it was for a third party and she agreed. When the third party went to go to the airbnb they weren't allowed as it was against policy which I fully understand but the original agreement with the host before accepting the money was that the booking was on behalf of other people so to me the contract was made based on those facts. The family were unable to stay there and did not receive a full refund. Please refund the full amount as this was not their fault or have someone call me please to discuss, ** *** *** ****. They were left in one of the most expensive cities with no accommodation.
GetHuman-laurafma did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
