The issue in GetHuman-krc_cmm's own words
In February ****, we booked * nights accommodation in Paris For mid June ****. The first payment was of roughly $*** was debited immediately from our credit card account. The second payment of roughly $*** was debited in early June. Then * days out from travelling, the Host cancelled her AirBnB account which immediately cancelled our booking, with no reason. We received a refund for the June payment but have never received a refund for the February payment and AirBnB ignore my messages. I have sent them copies of my bank statement as evidence & they last said my issue had been escalated & someone would contact me. That was a month ago.
GetHuman-krc_cmm did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
