The issue in GetHuman-judibur's own words
Yesterday I reserved a home that advertised three bedroom and three beds with details that indicated that the beds were one king, one queen and one full. It was later as I was gong through the pictures, I realized that one of the "beds" was actually a sleep sofa. I specifically picked this home because it had three beds over another home because the other home described their third "bed" as a sleep sofa. I immediately canceled the reservations *within * hrs of making it and now I see that I will not be refunded the service fee of $***.**. I feel I was misled on the description of the house and is the reason I cancelled. I would like a refund of the service fee. I have contacted the owner and they admitted that the bed should not have been described as a "full bed" and have changed the description in the third bedroom to a sleep sofa. Since the advertisement was misleading and this is the only reason I cancelled the reservation I should be entitled to a full refund of the service fee in addition to all the other costs.
GetHuman-judibur did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
