The issue in GetHuman-dvp's own words
We have had an emergency and it has been so difficult to cancel this reservation for Sept * in New Orleans. First, because although we are notifying a month in advance, the host's policy only allows for **% refund. Then, customer service representative says even if we get full refund, service fee will not be returned which is ridiculous. I will not be using this service again.**Not to mention, I had a reservation in Colombia for July **. An entire day of my trip was wasted and we had police called since the host, Sebastian was not even authorized to rent to people in that building. We were there for hours and had to in the end get a hotel. This is extremely frustrating and the help received is not good. I hope to hear back from you on this urgent issue. Thank you!
