I have contacted airbnb support several times and i havent gotten any help figuering out my refund. I was promised my money back because i never went to an appartment that i didnt know was booked for me, i havnt talked to the owner, he just send a message where the keys were.. i got a phonecall the next day where they were expecting me being there but i had found another place, i got a message now from airbnb that i can't get any money back when i was promised i could... this is far from okay
