Hello i am a hired house keeper for a host with ypur company.bear with me please this is long story here. I was hired to clean after each guest tranactipn for this host. The initial agreement was made few months vack i was told in front of a witness who works with me that the cleaning fee fof each guest was $** & the more the host books and makes i would make. So i agreed to it ans that a deep clean would be more. Its a ** mile deive to the hist house i contracted round trip in all. So i was contacted last week abput saturday july *th,sunday july *th, friday july **th. I explained my schedule very clear to the host and it was agreed apon and i have evefy single text and all proof needed....i told her about each day that i would arrive after my off time at my job so Friday day before first clean she asked if i can come by noon there was no way so she was having a friend stop and start liens...i arrived about ** mins from * when i told her i wluld be off....i cgeck liens sheets nwver got started but where in washer dirty ans towels where drying in dryer which was not working properly also i have two witness i cleand the eniter home top to bottom and left a note and explained i had to be back to my job but how ever only fitted sheets where left in dryer for the guest only for * of the * beds all towels where put away after drying * hours. So next day i arrived in which i told host i wpuld after noon because i go to church so i arrived by *** and stared all lien the guest left number on note from previous night with number so i text they just informed mw that theh had the dryer on high heat anf sheet wpuldnt dry still so i went and cleaned entire home and outside when host friend and previous housekeeper came and started looking and moveinh and takeing sheet with her to her home i was told thay * excutives wouldbe the guest that day so by time i was qaiting for sheets only two sets and two more towels dry i asked for my pay and was told in text i was payed *** the day befor in cash the friend laid out for me i did get thag but was only ** in **s and she charges each cleaning fee ** online as u can see she saidwpuld discuss tommoow when i came at * for deep clean so todayi got off early and got some supply needed for it and was told i wont be payed and if i came on her property i wpuld be arrested because i left house and guest not done and satisfied her friend took sheets and said she would finsh ans host said ok for me to let her finsh just * bed and one air mattress with sheets i do have dated time pictures of what i completed in home she said the house wasnt clean i do havw witness to that was there as help anf that she would only pay ** to me for each guest transaction but the friend would do it for ** i wasnt gonna wprk out so she is a unfair host and owes me cleaning refund u can ask the * excutives that arrived if they where satisfied with cleaning is there anything you as company can do for the host that are like this i would appreciate i hace * kids i work two jobs and this lady dif me wrong and represents ypur company please understand y i am upset and contact me if possible i have all text btw us and proof of pictures time and dates thanks bobbi hendrix
