I am having a problem responding to enquirers.*Problem: when responding to an inquiry and clicking on either ACCEPT or DECLINE, I am taken to another page which says the following "YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS THREAD"*I have had confirmed reservations that I was not even aware of, which has ended up in utter chaos, all because I am denied access to follow up the inquiry.**I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING****) Respond by accepting or declining and inquirer.*and be able to communicate with guest re: access details and time of arrival etc. etc.**) Correct the physical address of the property.**) Add a charge for cleanup and **) be able to receive all inquiries * and notifications simultaneously on * both of the following email addresses:******@***.com*and ******@***.com**Please help resolve this issue as a number of guest have already been inconvenienced.**Thanking you
