I was charged for a place I was interested in staying and once arrived they said it wasn’t available and tried getting me to go to another location that I wasn’t interested in and they said they would cancel but they hadn’t received a payment so he wouldn’t charge me and I told him I was charged already and needed the funds back to find another location to stay!!! I have drove over five hours away from home to stay and was refused when I got there I’m very upset and disappointed in this experience
